  1. Who owns www.hawaiirentalads.com?

This website, www.hawaiirentalads.com is owned by Serilanni Ventures to advertise "for rent" listings of Single Family Homes, Townhomes, Condominiums, Vacation Rentals and Commercial Space.  If you are a prospective tenant and you don't find a rental property that fits your needs/desires, just email us and we will be glad to provide you with a list of available rental listings from the Oahu Multiple Listing Service.  There is no fee for this service.  Other resources for finding properties for rent are the classified ads with the Honolulu Advertiser, www.craigslist.com and http://base.google.com

  1. Does it cost anything to advertise a rental on your website?

At this time there is no charge for advertising your rental on our site.  However, we reserve the right to refuse any rental ad at our sole discretion.

  1. Does it cost anything to submit an application for one of your rental properties?

The ads on our website are not necessarily our rentals since we list rental ads for property owners as well as other realtors.  So, please contact the person who is listed on the ad for full information regarding a particular rental.

  1. Why are there no rentals listed for the type or area that I am interested in?

Our inventory changes quite frequently and is sometimes very low or even non-existent for a particular type or area.  Please feel free to call us at (808) 384-2917 with your concerns or to see if a rental may be coming up in the near future.

  1. How will you process my rental application?

The ads on our website are not necessarily our rentals since we list rental ads for property owners as well as other realtors.  So, please contact the person who is listed on the ad for full information regarding a particular rental.  In many cases the landlord or property manager will order and review your credit report.  They will often call previous landlords to verify that you have a history of being a responsible tenant, as well as call your employer to verify the information on your application.  And, they may perform a criminal background check.
